This book I read is called this, and the author of this book is called Alan. This book is very similar to a movie. In the beginning, it tells us the story of crime, and in the end, it tells us the truth of the story.

The story takes place in New York. Jose De La Cruz, the brother of Stella Delgado, was accused of murdering a very famous man, Alexei Romanov. However, Jose was misunderstood and seriously injured and loses his memory in the hospital. Jose's brother found Marly to help investigate the truth. They all believed that Jose was innocent, maybe just misunderstood by others. With the help of the police and Romanov’s, they not only found the real murderer but also found the connection between other cases. They found that it was not a simple killing case. In the end, they proved their innocence, and they also found huge illegal immigration and money activities.

I think the book has four stars. First, the English level of this book is not difficult. It can let us learn English. Secondly, the plot of the story makes me want to continue reading the book, and let me really want to know the end of the matter. Third, the story is interesting, though not particularly surprising. I think marly was very smart and witty. He used his profession to find evidence to help his brother before the murderer destroyed the evidence. If it was not for marly's help, Jose might have spent time in prison. I think marly was very smart and witty. But at the end of the book was about a woman behind the police pursuit.
